Due to the spread of COVID-19 in 2020, many businesses were forced to close down if not essential or to adopt stringent workplace practices to prevent workers from transmitting the virus to each other. The chatbot emerged as an effective tool in helping employers screen and monitor their employees' wellness and transmission risks, which aligns with OSHA safety requirements during COVID.
